Pure Thermal and Oilon have announced the launch of a new Waste Heat Recycling Design Support Service, aimed at redefining low carbon industrial heating and cooling options across multiple sectors.
The Oilon P and S Range Combined Heating & Cooling (CHC) Heat Pumps, with capacities from 30kW to 2000kW, give businesses the opportunity to repurpose waste heat streams into low cost, low carbon, high grade heat of 100°C and above. This approach can reduce energy costs and deliver immediate carbon savings.
Unlike conventional hot water, heating, or refrigeration systems, CHC waste heat recycling requires careful planning. Integration must minimise risk to existing systems and may need a scaled approach to match heat and cooling loads efficiently. Modulating control ensures the system adapts to fluctuating demand, maximising efficiency and performance.
Pure Thermal and Oilon bring extensive experience in both plant supply and system integration, enabling projects to achieve maximum value from CHC technology.
The new design support service is intended to help designers, contractors, and end users accelerate the shift to waste heat recycling. Support covers feasibility assessments, system design, equipment supply, and commissioning. This structured approach is designed to simplify the adoption of advanced heating and cooling solutions, ensuring systems are both efficient and reliable.
